Fee per item
Generally, we ask you to pay for the work carried out at each appointment. We accept most debit and credit card, cheques and of course cash. We can also arrange BACS payments, but these must be in advance of your appointment. We also work with a finance company if that is of interest. Your dentist will discuss these options with you when discussing any planned treatment.

For larger courses of treatments, we have the option of 10 months of interest-free finance or an interest-bearing option of up to 60 months.

Missed appointments
We appreciate that you might need to cancel or change your appointment. In the event you need to cancel or postpone, we ask for 48 hours’ notice to allow us time to accommodate another patient. Missed appointments and those cancelled at short notice may incur a charge. We also reserve the right to ask for payment in advance if there is a history of missed or cancelled appointments.
