How to use Pola Day and Pola Night:
- Brush your teeth
- Remove the whitening gel syringe cap and attach the application tip by twisting it onto the syringe

- After wearing the tray for your chosen duration, remove the tray, clean it with cold water and rinse your mouth out with lukewarm water
